James Crawley is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and management. Currently serving as IT Manager and previously as IT Desktop Support Team Lead and Senior Desktop Engineer at DEMICA since August 2018, James has extensive experience in desktop support, having provided first and second line support for various organizations including Cardano, Charles Stanley & Co. Limited, and Fidessa. James has expertise in managing IT environments, including the administration of Office 365 and software deployment using PDQ Inventory and Deploy.
