Anna Maria Koutsoumari

Anna Maria Koutsoumari has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical research. From April 2019 to May 2022, they worked at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A. as a Quality Control Officer. Following this, they took on the role of Research and Development Analyst from February 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of R&D Microbiological Head at the same company starting from January 2023.

Before their experience at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A., Anna Maria worked as an Internship Trainee at the Medical School of Athens from September 2017 to May 2022. Additionally, they had an internship at the National Center for Scientific Research "Demokritos" from May 2013 to August 2013.

Anna Maria Koutsoumari has a strong educational background in the field of biology and genetics. Anna Maria completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology, General at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2009 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Antwerp, which they completed in 2015. Later, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Medical Genetics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.
