Winny Chen

Winny Chen is an experienced professional in governance, strategy, and human rights. With a background in advising organizations on enterprise strategy, communications, and performance management, Chen has managed teams of consultants and researchers to deliver program strategies. With a focus on human rights, Chen has spearheaded programs aimed at reducing and ending mass atrocities. Chen holds a B.A. in English and Government and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
