Dana L. Olds is currently the Chief of Party at Democracy International since March 2020, and the Director and Co-Founder of One World Exchange since 2006. Dana also held roles such as Director of Governance Programs at the International Rescue Committee, Deputy Chief of Party at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, and various positions at Chemonics International. Dana served as a Volunteer at Peace Corps Senegal from 2002 to 2004. Dana holds a Master's in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Camden and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a Japanese Minor from Lincoln University.
