Kevin J. Aaron has a robust background in education with significant experience at Democracy Prep Public Schools as both a Grade Team Leader and a Global History Teacher, where responsibilities included conflict resolution among grade-level teachers and delivering engaging instruction aligned with Common Core and NYS standards. Prior to this, Kevin served as a Corps Member for Teach For America, selected from a competitive applicant pool to provide effective teaching in low-income communities, and worked as a Summer Teaching Fellow at Uncommon Schools, leading instructional activities for middle school students.
