Kimberly Allotey

Kimberly Allotey is an experienced education professional currently serving as a College Counselor at Democracy Prep Public Schools, where responsibilities include counseling juniors and seniors on college and career readiness and managing graduation progress. With a background in teaching Earth Science during summer school at The Charter High School for Law and Social Justice, Kimberly has developed curricula aligned with state standards and utilized various instructional methods to support diverse learners. Previous roles include mentoring new Alumni Captains, tutoring elementary students, and conducting policy research for NGOs, demonstrating a strong commitment to educational equity and student success.
