Nathaly Salas

Nathaly Salas has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013-2014, they were a Programs Manager and Strategy Consultant for Skillpoint Alliance, a $150K workforce development agency. Nathaly then worked as a Community Involvement Support Specialist for Capital Metro from 2014-2013. In 2017, they worked as a Project Coordinator for Culhanimal Productions, a Rock N' Doc International Film Festival. From 2018-2020, they worked as an Election Research Associate for Democracy Works, a Research, Quality Assurance, and User Support for TurboVote, a Recruitment Strategist for KwikVet, and an Operations Assistant for Accelerate Change Network. In 2019, they worked as a Program Coordinator for InSitu, a Study Abroad Program. In 2020, they worked as a Site Manager and Specialist for Foundation Communities. Finally, in 2022, they were a Sourcing Recruiter for Accelerate Change Network.

Nathaly Salas obtained a B.S in Business Administration from Towson University from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they attended Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo to study International Business Theory and Practice and Andalucian Culture. In 2015, they obtained a Master Trainer certification from NCCER. Nathaly also has a Best Plust Test Administrator certification.
