Rashin Ghahreman

Rashin Ghahreman, MBA, is an experienced user experience researcher and designer currently serving as a Sr User Experience Researcher at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2024. Additionally, Rashin contributes as a User Experience Researcher/Designer on a volunteer basis with DemocracyLab. Previous roles include Mixed-method researcher at The Ohio State University and User Experience Researcher at Bimiline, where significant improvements in application usability were achieved. As the founder of Rashin Nails Water-Decal, Rashin led a team and streamlined production processes in Iran, effectively reducing costs while enhancing product quality. Early career experience includes a Marketing Associate position at Ramona Luxury, where impactful social media strategies were developed to drive sales and consumer engagement. Rashin holds a Master's degree in Consumer Science from The Ohio State University and an Executive MBA in Marketing from the University of Tehran.
