Customer Success Manager at Democrance

With 9 years of experience in project management and customer success fields at multinational IT organizations like OBS and Microsoft, Youstina joined Democrance in 2021 bringing in her CS knowledge and starting her path in insurtech.

Her role is to ensure the customers’ partnerships with Democrance are a success, from onboarding through to identifying needs and overseeing digitization projects.

Youstina is Egyptian and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering from the German University in Cairo.
