Will Rusche

Will Rusche is an experienced professional in marketing, communications, and research, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications and Vice President of Research at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee since May 2022. Rusche's prior roles include Research Lead for the Office of Presidential Personnel at The White House, and Researcher for the Office of General Counsel during the Biden-Harris Transition Team. Additional experience includes key positions at illumis as Director of Political Accounts, Chief of Staff, and Research Manager, as well as serving as a Research Coordinator at Snap Inc. and contributing to President Obama's administration as a Research Associate. Beginning in the political arena as a Research Assistant at EMILY's List, Rusche also held internships at the Center for American Progress, the United States Senate, and the Minnesota DFL Party. Rusche holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hamilton College.
