Director, Paid Facebook Advertising at Democrats Abroad

Kristin Berg has extensive experience in digital marketing and strategy. Kristin currently works as a Group Strategy Director at Accenture Interactive. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Paid Facebook Advertising at Democrats Abroad. In addition, they worked as a Director in digital marketing and served as a consultant for various businesses, advising them on social and digital marketing strategies.

Before joining Democrats Abroad, Kristin spent several years at Facebook, where they held multiple roles. Kristin led the performance marketing and growth strategies for Facebook's largest e-commerce and digital native advertisers in the EMEA region. Kristin also served as the Head of Client Analytics, where they launched and delivered a new measurement and analytics program.

Prior to Facebook, Kristin worked as the Director of Digital Marketing, Shopper, EMEA at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Kristin led the company's digital transformation efforts and focused on mobile marketing, CRM/email, and retail digital marketing.

Earlier in their career, Kristin held positions at Wunderman, Archibald Ingall Stretton, Euro RSCG 4D (now Havas WW Digital), Circle.com (which became Euro RSCG 4D), and COBA/Renaissance (now Adventis). In these roles, they led digital strategy, consumer insights, and creative propositions for various international brands, advised senior clients, and contributed to the digital executive team and operations board.

Kristin Berg pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from Auburn University, which they completed between the years 1987 and 1991. Following this, they attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1992 to 1993, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Marketing.
