Marisa Ingwersen has a background in human resources, holding various roles in HR management and business partnering at companies such as Demodern, IPG Mediabrands, Grabarz & Partner, and BBDO Germany. She started her career as a Werkstudentin at Merdian Spa GmbH and went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Sozialökonomie from the University of Hamburg. Prior to that, she obtained a degree as a Reiseverkehrskauffrau from TUI Leisure Travel GmbH.
