David G. Klepacki

Mr. David Klepacki specializes in accident investigation and reconstruction. He has over 40 years of experience and is a recognized expert in the aviation accident investigation industry. Prior to joining ESi, Mr. Klepacki was a Senior Design and Liaison Engineer for Cessna Aircraft Company where he gained experience designing airfoil and airframe components, as well as aircraft hydraulic and mechanical systems. Mr. Klepacki served as an engineering technical advisor to the Air Safety Investigators, Product Integrity Council, and Cessna’s FAA engineering representative Executive Engineer. He has worked as a mechanic at two Fixed Based Operations (FBO’s) and has modified, rebuilt, and restored aircraft and gliders. Mr. Klepacki provides consultation for projects in a variety of disciplines at ESi.
