Jason D. Stigge

Senior Consultant at Demonstratives

Mr. Stigge is proficient in failure analysis, fixture design, photo-documentation, component and materials testing, and laboratory analyses and procedures including optical microscopy, metallography, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). He has broad experience in mechanical engineering and mechanical systems, including design, operations, maintenance, and repair.

Prior to joining ESi, Mr. Stigge served in the U.S. Navy with the submarine nuclear propulsion program and understands the mechanical theory and equipment specific to a naval nuclear propulsion plant, as well as the theoretical background of nuclear propulsion technology. He has also been involved with reactor and steam plant chemistry control, as well as personnel and ship radiation and contamination controls.

While attending the University of Nebraska, he worked in industrial equipment maintenance. He was a member of UNL’s SAE Baja team, which allowed him to combine his passion for motor sports with his capabilities in the areas of engineering and design.
