Mr. Lewis has been a consulting engineer for 20 years, providing technical analysis and litigation support in numerous areas, including failure analysis, accident investigation, premises liability, and consumer product defects. With a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, two decades of consultancy, and ten years in the manufacturing industry, Mr. Lewis combines his knowledge and experience to provide answers to difficult questions using a variety of tools, including mathematical modeling of complex systems, finite element analysis, and electronic solid modeling. He has provided such answers in both courtroom and deposition testimony in a variety of cases, including aviation and construction equipment accidents, patent infringement, and consumer product liability. In addition, Mr. Lewis is a licensed scissor-and boom-lift operator, gives a course on such lifts for continuing education credit for insurance and legal professionals, and is a member of his local municipal Building Standards Commission.
