Virginie Prouff

Virginie PROUFF is currently the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Demos, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Virginie served as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at OSTRA - Objectif Santé Travail from 2021 to 2023, and held a role at Ma pause parentale in 2020. From 2014 to 2019, Virginie was Responsable Relations Sociales et Conseil RH-Droit at Groupe Covéa, where responsibilities included advising on legal matters within the HR department and creating the role of Responsible for Social Relations at Fidelia Assistance. Between 2005 and 2014, Virginie worked at Europ Assistance as Responsable Ressources Humaines and Responsable Relations Sociales, focusing on HR development policies, management of social relations, and support for HR teams. Virginie's early career includes a position as Chargée de mission RH at AXA in 2004-2005. Academically, Virginie is pursuing further education at the Institut catholique de Paris and holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Law and Private Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
