Gonen Tiberg

Chief Information Security Officer at Demostack

Gonen Tiberg has a long and varied work experience. In 2000, they began working as a Freelance Software Developer, developing and deploying applications and websites, as well as providing security consultation and penetration tests. In 2005, they joined the Israel Defense Forces as an Officer (CPT.). In 2012, they became Co-Founder and VP R&D at Tryout, a talent network for kids and parents. In 2013, they volunteered as a Technology Advisor for The Council for Higher Education of Israel. In 2015, they became Co-Founder and CTO at Covercy, a network of GPs and investors. Most recently, in 2021, they became Director of Engineering and Chief Information Security Officer at Demostack, a Demo Experience Platform.

Gonen Tiberg is currently enrolled in the VP R&D Scale-Up Program at LEAP. Gonen previously completed a PennX Intellectual Property Law and Policy Course at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2022. In 2021, they obtained a Certification in CDPSE from ISACA. Gonen also obtained a Certification in CISM from ISACA in 2018. Gonen Tiberg obtained their BSc in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies - Rishon Lezion in 2009-2012. Gonen attended the IDF Officers Training School in 2008. Gonen also attended the IDF - "Mamram" Center of Computing and Information Systems from 2004-2005. Finally, Gonen Tiberg attended Hadarim High school from 2000-2004.
