Roy Silverman

VP of Customer Success at Demostack

Roy Silverman has over 15 years of experience in customer success and sales. Roy began their career in 2006 as an Online Sales Representative at LivePerson. In 2011, they moved to Somoto Inc. as a Partnership Manager, where they were responsible for researching new potential leads and creating customized applications and contracts. In 2012, they joined SiSense as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for lead qualification and performing desktop sharing based demo sessions. Later that year, they joined WalkMe\u2122 as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for leading pre-sale strategy planning and helping paying customers get up and running with Walkme. In 2019, they moved to EverC as VP Customer Success & Support. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Demostack as VP of Customer Success.

Roy Silverman completed a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2007 and 2010. In 2012, they completed a course in HTML, CSS, Java-script, Jquery, Joomla, and Wordpress from john-bryce.
