Jennifer Pipes is currently the Benefits Manager at Denali Water Solutions. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits administration, payroll processes, employee development, and state/federal labor law compliance.

Jennifer started their career in Human Resources in 1994 as the HR Manager for Environmental Enterprise Group. Jennifer then went on to Friendship Community Care, Inc. in 2000, where they served as the HR Manager for five years. In 2005, they joined Winthrop Rockefeller Institute as the Director of Human Resources, a position they held for 15 years until they joined Arkansas Tech University as an Adjunct Instructor in 2018.

Jennifer is a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a proven track record of success in developing relationships with employees and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service. Jennifer is a strong leader who is always willing to listen and learn from others.

Jennifer Pipes has a Masters in Business Administration from John Brown University with a focus in Leadership and Ethics. Jennifer also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Arkansas Tech University. Jennifer has also completed the Foundational Leadership Program (FLP) Certificate from Stagen Leadership Academy. Jennifer has received certification from HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and also from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR.
