Mohamad Odeh

Mohamad Odeh is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the South HR Manager at Lafarge Iraq since January 2023, Mohamad previously held the position of KCML Head of HR & Administration at LafargeHolcim from January 2020. Prior experience includes HR & Administration Manager at Eagle Hills Jordan, and significant roles at Zain Jordan, where Mohamad served both as Head of HR Operations and Compensation and Benefits Manager. Early career positions also include Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Umniah, Accountant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Accounts Receivable at Applied Science University. Mohamad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Yarmouk University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
