Rocio Arbulú

Rocio Arbulu serves as the Vice President of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru since February 2024 and holds the position of Manager of Well-Being, Culture, and Communication at Ferreycorp S.A.A since May 2022. Rocio co-founded Dench Consulting and leads Corporate Culture and Communication while also serving as a director. Previously, Rocio was the President of the Internal Communication Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru and worked as the Culture and Internal Communication Manager at Banco de Crédito BCP. Additional experience includes a role as Manager of Communications and Sustainability at HSBC Bank Peru and extensive marketing management roles at Robert Half International. Rocio holds a variety of degrees, including a CIM postgraduate degree in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College and a Bachelor's in Communications from Universidad de Lima. Rocio is currently pursuing a Master in Strategic People Management at EAE Business School.
