Nadeem Sheikh

Nadeem Sheikh has extensive experience in the fields of research and clinical development, primarily within the biopharmaceutical industry. At Dendreon since December 2004, Nadeem Sheikh has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Research & Manufacturing Sciences and Vice President of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, as well as several senior director and director positions focused on clinical immunology. Prior to Dendreon, Nadeem Sheikh served as a Research Scientist and Immunology Core Manager at WaNPRC - University of Washington from June 1999 to December 2004, where responsibilities included developing advanced assays for non-human primate research and assessing HIV vaccine strategies. Nadeem Sheikh began academic training as a PhD student in Immunology at the Medical College of St Bartholomew's Hospital & College from 1995 to 1999, following which a Doctor of Philosophy degree was obtained from Queen Mary University of London.
