Brad Poole

Brad Poole is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects and teams within the oil and rental industries. Currently serving as the Director of Site Operations and Turnaround/Shutdown Manager at Denholm Zholdas since January 2015, Brad leads the shutdown programs and special projects at the Tengiz oilfield in Kazakhstan, ensuring safe and efficient execution. Prior to this, Brad held key positions at Speedy International as Operations Director for the MENA region and at Speedy Compressors as Regional Director, where operational expansion and financial control were primary responsibilities. Earlier career roles include Regional Manager at Coates Rentair and Contract Manager at Search Equipment Rentals, specializing in equipment rental for global mining and offshore sectors. Brad began their career as a Shutdown Manager at Cockburn Hire from 1993 to 1996.
