Kira Doyle

Kira Doyle is currently the Director of Human Resources at Denholtz, a position held since June 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing human capital activities and fostering a people-focused culture. Prior to this role, Kira served at Mutual of America Financial Group from March 2017 to June 2025, advancing through HR leadership positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President of Human Resources, and 2nd Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes a role with the New York Jets as Game Day Media Relations Staff and a part-time position as a Copy Editor/Writer for The Daily Campus. Kira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Connecticut and completed a course in Irish Studies at the University of Galway in 2008.
