Michael Prashad

Michael Prashad joined Denholtz Properties in April 2022 as the new in-house General Counsel and is part of the Company’s executive team. As General Counsel, Michael oversees all legal matters, including advising on issues relating to corporate governance, securities, joint ventures, and real estate transactions.

Michael joined Denholtz after formerly serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Holmdel-based Monmouth Real Investment Corporation for 7 years. With more than 12 years of commercial real estate and corporate legal expertise, Michael has proven to be a tremendous asset to Denholtz Properties.
