Savas Citak

Savas Citak has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Savas began their career at Pamukbank TAS as an Associate in Project Finance in 1999. In 2003, they joined Denizbank A.S. as a Corporate Marketing Manager.

In 2005, Citak worked at Denizbank Moscow (Dexia Group) as the Deputy Head of Corporate Banking. Savas then moved to DenizBank Moscow in 2007, where they served as the Head of Corporate Banking Department until 2013.

From 2013 to 2021, Citak worked at DenizBank, starting as the Senior Vice President of International Credits Coordination. Savas later became the Senior Vice President of Project Finance & International Credits Coordination. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing Project Finance & Financial Restructuring.

Savas Citak completed a two-week program in Organizational Behavior & Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2015. Savas also pursued an Executive MBA at Sabancı University from 2014 to 2015. In 2005, they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a GPA of 8.9 from Marmara University. Savas'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a GPA of 3.23 out of 4, was earned from Marmara University in 1999.
