Silvia Ostermaier

Silvia Ostermaier is the Head of Talent Services & Development at Denk Pharma GmbH & Co. KG since November 2018, overseeing areas such as employer branding, recruiting, employee administration, payroll, and talent management. In 2023, Silvia also took on the leadership of the Office Management team. Previously, Silvia worked as a Personalreferent for Recruiting & Personalentwicklung at Training & Coaching for Personal Business Excellence until February 2023, and as a Trainer, Coach, and Consultant, providing training in communication and leadership, along with individual coaching for executives. Additional experience includes freelance screenwriting for e-learning at Fischer, Knoblauch & Co. and coaching and training roles at Intertrainment. Silvia holds various qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology and multiple coaching and training certifications.
