Christoph Heible has a diverse range of work experience. Christoph began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim, focusing on medical law and bioethics. Christoph then moved to the University of Trier, where they worked as a Research & Teaching Assistant in the field of municipal and environmental economics. After their academic work, they transitioned into the business world, joining TYSKE BRYGGEN Advisory & Implementation GmbH as a Senior Management Consultant. In this role, they focused on operational excellence, organizational restructuring, and digital transformation. Christoph then joined the Saarbrücker Zeitung Media Group as an Executive Management Assistant, where they contributed to strategic decision-making and project management. Christoph continued to expand their leadership skills at Dennemeyer, first as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and later as the Managing Director in Luxembourg. During their time at Dennemeyer, they also served as the Global Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company's global strategy and spearheading digital and AI transformation initiatives. Currently, they hold the role of Group Head of Transformation at Dennemeyer, leading a multi-stream transformation program to improve customer experience and operational excellence.

Christoph Heible has an extensive education history in the field of economics. Christoph first attended Universität Trier from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplom-Volkswirt degree. Christoph then pursued further education at the same institution, from 2008 to 2014, earning a Doctorate in Economics. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained the C1 Advanced certification with a score of 198 from Cambridge University Press & Assessment English in September 2017.
