Jen Booker FCIPD has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2004 as an HR Officer at Bynx Europe Ltd. Jen then joined Sitel as an HR Generalist in 2007. In 2009, they became the Head of HR & Organisational Development at Dennis Eagle UK, and later assumed the role of Human Resources Director.

Jen Booker FCIPD has a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in People Management & Development from Solihull College, which was obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Arts Educational School from 2000 to 2002 where they pursued High School and studied English Literature, Religious Studies, and Theatre Studies. Jen completed their earlier education at Stratford-upon-Avon High School from 1995 to 2000. Jen Booker also holds several additional certifications, including being a Chartered FCIPD, and has completed various courses such as Mental Health First Aider, IOSH Managing Safely, and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire & Occupational Ability.
