Ginger Shubert has extensive work experience in various roles. Ginger started their career at The Jackson Laboratory in 2001, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager and later as a Senior Manager of Quality Systems. In these roles, they were responsible for program development and achieving key performance indicators in process quality control and quality assurance. Ginger implemented reorganizations to ensure employees were in the right roles, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and work efficiency. In 2017, they joined First National Bank - Maine as a Branch Manager, and in 2019, they took on the position of Director of Risk Mitigation at Dennis Paper & Food Service.
Ginger Shubert earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University between the years 1989 and 1994. Ginger later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Husson University from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University in 2011.
