Angela Santiago Roumain

Angela Santiago Roumain has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Angela currently holds the position of Vice President of Medical Operations at denova Collaborative Health since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at the same company from June 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining denova Collaborative Health, Angela worked as a Registered Nurse at Circle the City from June 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Dignity Health, where they held various roles. Angela served as the Quality and Population Health Manager for DHMG AZ & NV from March 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Population Health Quality Analyst from 2018 to 2021. Angela also held the position of Clinical Supervisor for Urgent Care Services from May 2014 to March 2018, and prior to that, they worked as an Urgent Care RN from November 2011 to May 2014.

Angela's experience in the healthcare field also includes working as an Emergency & Trauma RN at Phoenix Children's Hospital in 2013, and as a Triage & Procedural RN at CVAM, CardioVascular Associates of Mesa, P.C. from January 2012 to September 2013. Angela began their career as a CV Tele Registered Nurse at Chandler Regional Medical Center from June 2010 to December 2012.

Angela Santiago Roumain has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Arizona State University. Angela also holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) with a specialization in Health Services Administration from the University of Arizona. In terms of additional certifications, Angela obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) credential from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in December 2022. Angela also completed the ASCEND - Leadership Academy program offered by Dignity Health in 2017.
