Joe Chretien

Joe Chretien has over 15 years of experience as a Real Estate Land Professional working throughout some of the most challenging areas in Northern and Central California. Joe has spent the majority of his career with several top-ten home building companies as a department head and has expertise in dealing with both land planning and land development. His portfolio of over 8000 units includes master-planned, active-adult, and traditional communities. He has extensive experience building many types of development, including single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use/podium developments.

Joe has earned two B.S. degrees from California State University Sacramento. One, in Construction Management from the College of Engineering and the other in Business Administration from the School of Business, as well as a minor in Real Estate and Land Use Development. He also holds many certifications and qualifications related to the field, such as Class A, B Contractors License and Stormwater Certifications (QSD/QSP).

Joe was proud to join DeNova Homes as Vice President of Land Development in 2020.
