Adrian Stanislaus

Adrian Stanislaus has extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications and engineering. Adrian is currently serving as the Head of Hardware at Dense Air since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Cubic Mission Solutions from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2022, Adrian held the position of Deputy Program Manager Engineering (DPME) at GENERAL DYNAMICS MISSION SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. Adrian worked as the Base Station Technical Manager at IPWireless from 2012 to 2019, where they were responsible for the development and manufacture of UMTS FDD and TDD basestation hardware. Adrian also served as the LTE Base Station Technical Manager at General Dynamics Broadband from 2008 to 2016, where they built and managed a team and developed key prototypes. Adrian worked as a Technical Manager at Nextwave Network Products in 2007 and held multiple roles, including BTS RF Engineer and RF Engineer, at Lucent Technologies from 1996 to 2002. Adrian Stanislaus attended the University of Plymouth from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Information Systems - RF and Mobile Telecoms.
