Jeannine Seidl

Jeannine Seidl is the Director of People & Company Operations at Density. Jeannine has over eight years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on employee communications and experience.

Jeannine started their career as a Design and Marketing Intern at Commonwealth Enterprises. Jeannine then became an Interactive Media Analyst at Spartan Internet Consulting, before becoming Art Director at JACK Detroit.

In 2012, Jeannine joined UpTo as their Community Builder. In this role, they grew the public event platform from zero to over 6,000 event streams. Jeannine also managed the company blog and all social media platforms, drafted and updated content for all company emails, in-app text, and webpages, and resolved user support cases.

In 2014, Jeannine left UpTo to join Casper as their Director, Employee Communications and Experience. In this role, they were responsible for managing employee communications and creating a positive employee experience.

Jeannine has been with Density since August 2020. In their current role as Director of People & Company Operations, they oversee all aspects of people operations and company culture.

Jeannine Seidl received a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising from Michigan State University.

They work with Derek Gordon - Chief of Staff, Ian Sims - VP of Finance, and Aleksandra Strub - Chief Marketing Officer. Their manager is Andrew Farah, CEO.
