Necas Doxie

Necas Doxie is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Leader at DENSO since May 2024, Doxie's career includes significant positions at Amazon from June 2017 to May 2024, where responsibilities included Sr. Staffing Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior roles include Area Human Resources Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., Multi Site Safety & Human Resources Manager at Continental Mills, and Human Resources Business Partner at The Hershey Company.
