Leari-Jenee Jones

Leari-Jenee Jones has a diverse range of work experience. Leari-Jenee currently works at Dent Education as the Director of Curriculum & Marketing, where they design and shapes the curriculum with a focus on equity, youth voice, real-world impact, Dent Mindsets, and STEAM skill building. Leari-Jenee also manages the Accelerate Your Dent program. Prior to that, they founded their own company called Dirt Plant Company in 2021. Leari-Jenee has also worked as an LGBTQ+ Program Specialist at Youth Services of Tulsa and as an Elementary School Teacher at Tulsa Public Schools. Leari-Jenee has previous experience as a Student Assistant at Georgia College & State University, a Camp Counselor at YMCA of Coastal Georgia, Inc., and a Peer Mentor at East Georgia State College.

Leari-Jenee Jones has a Master's degree in DEI Leadership from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB).Before pursuing their Master's degree, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Criminal Justice and Correction from East Georgia State College.
