Andreea Necula

Andreea Necula has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andreea is currently the Operations Director at DENT ESTET, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager at DENT ESTET from October 2016 to December 2021.

Before their time at DENT ESTET, Andreea worked as the Head of Administration at Photos Photiades Group from February 2013 to October 2016. Andreea also gained experience as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles in 2009 and as an Office Manager/Researcher at Ray&Berndtson Romania in 2007.

Furthermore, Andreea worked as a Project Manager at Smart People from September 2007 to May 2009 and as a Counsellor in the Children Rights Monitoring Direction at The National Authority for the Protection of Child Rights from June 2005 to August 2007. Andreea also served as a Consultant in several projects at World Learning in 2006.

Andreea started their career as an Assistant Manager at Professional Service SRL in 2004. Overall, they have gained expertise in operations, HR, administration, project management, and children's rights.

Andreea Necula completed their education with a Master's degree in European Social Policies from the University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Assistance from the University of Bucharest, attending from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Andreea also obtained certifications in Management Essentials and Negotiation Mastery from the Harvard Business School Online, in December 2021 and June 2021 respectively.
