Shannon Senger, SHRM-SCP, PHR, has extensive experience in the human resources field. Shannon is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at DENT Neurologic Institute. Shannon joined this position in April 2022.

Before their current role, Shannon held various positions at Remedy Intelligent Staffing. From January 2016 to March 2022, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration. In this role, they oversaw the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource and accounting functions. Shannon strategically guided policies, procedures, and programs for the entire company in areas such as recruiting, hiring/terminating, onboarding, planning, performance management, organizational development, regulatory compliance, benefits, and employee relations. Shannon was also a member of the Executive Advisory Board and Strategic Leadership Team.

Prior to their role as Director of HR and Administration, Shannon served as the Executive Administrator at Remedy Intelligent Staffing from November 2014 to January 2016. Before that, they were the Branch Manager from September 2011 to November 2014, where they led a team and oversaw branch operations, focusing on client and associate service, budgeting, planning, and organization.

Shannon's journey at Remedy began in 2003 as an Intern. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the staffing industry, human resource function, general business operations, and other important skills. Shannon later transitioned to the role of Staffing Coordinator from June 2004 to September 2011. As a Staffing Coordinator, they were responsible for the recruiting and placement function within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing quality candidates into job openings.

Shannon Senger, SHRM-SCP, PHR has a Master of Science degree in Global Business-Management of Information Systems from Daemen University. They also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Management of Information Systems from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Shannon has obtained certifications such as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. They also have a Veterans at Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation, obtained in 2019.
