Nicole Kendall

Nicole Kendall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicole currently holds the position of Director of Business Solutions at the Dental Assisting National Board. Prior to this, they worked at the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) where they served as the Assessment Director, Product & Program, leading strategic initiatives to improve physician medical specialty recertification assessments. Nicole also worked as the Project Manager for CertLink at ABMS. Before joining ABMS, they were the Director of Advancement Operations at Mercersburg Academy, where they provided operational support for fundraising campaigns and managed various department functions. Nicole also worked as a Sr. Client Relationship Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant at d'Vinci Interactive, where they cultivated and managed a portfolio of clients. Additionally, they held the position of IT Applications Manager at Shippensburg University and served as an IT Business Consultant and Product Manager at JLG Industries. Nicole started their career as a Computer Operator and Account Manager at Direct Mail Processors, Inc.

Nicole Kendall attended Greencastle-Antrim Senior High School from an unspecified start year until 2000. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Information Technology for Business Education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Nicole completed their undergraduate studies at the university from 2000 to 2004.
