James Nick is a seasoned professional with a background in actuarial science and business administration. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Dental Care Alliance, James oversees analytics, marketing, pricing, and insurance areas to drive growth and enhance patient experience. Prior to this, James held various positions at Humana where James focused on network and underwriting strategy for specialty products, as well as leading actuarial market management teams for small businesses. With a strong educational background from Wisconsin School of Business and St. Norbert College, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current roles.
