Jeff Battinus

Jeff Battinus has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition. Jeff currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Dental Care Alliance, where they support over 400 allied practices and over 900 dentists across 23 states. Jeff previously worked at Pediatric Associates as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where they built and designed a recruiting program that contributed to the company becoming the largest value-based general pediatric practice in the US. Jeff has also held leadership positions in talent acquisition at companies such as Optum, Takeda, CVS Health, Fresenius Medical Care, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Gateway Foundation, Coram Specialty Infusion Services, and Resurrection Health Care.

Jeff Battinus earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2005. Jeff then pursued an MBA at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008. As part of their BA degree, they spent the 2004-2005 academic year as an exchange student at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Jeff also holds a High School Diploma from Libertyville High School, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998.
