Marion Kelley Williams

Marion Kelley Williams has over 20 years of experience in facilities management. Marion currently holds the position of Facilities Manager Director at Dental Care Alliance since 2021. Previously, Marion worked at Zenith Insurance Company as a Florida Facilities Manager from 2015 to 2021, overseeing administrative and engineering staff, managing property maintenance, and conducting vendor and contract negotiations. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate Facilities Manager at GREAT WEST FINANCIAL/CBRE/JPMORGAN CHASE from 2009 to 2015, supervising maintenance staff and vendors for multiple properties across five states. Marion also worked as a Senior Manager - Property Manager at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker from 2005 to 2009, handling budgeting, lease activities, and property management for historical properties. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Facility Manager at CBRE for Liberty Mutual Data Center from 2002 to 2005, ensuring the integrity of building and data systems. Marion's experience in facilities management began at Aquila World Headquarters, where they served as a Facility Manager from 1999 to 2002, overseeing various support services and coordinating employee moves.

Marion Kelley Williams completed a degree in Communications with a focus on Commercial and Advertising Art at The University of Texas at Arlington in 1995. Before attending university, Marion obtained a diploma at Platte County R III. Marion also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Webster University.
