Roma Virani

Roma Virani, BDS, MBA, is an experienced professional in the dental industry, currently serving as Vice President of Payor Operations & Strategy at Dental Care Alliance since June 2025. Previously, Roma held several key positions at Great Expressions Dental Centers, including Vice President of Payer Relations & Credentialing and Vice President of Payer Relations, from September 2020 to March 2025. Roma also worked as Director of Revenue Cycle Management & Payor Relations at ProHEALTH Dental for a brief period in 2020 and spent nearly five years as Director of Dental Insurance Strategy & Claim Adjudication Management at New York University - College of Dentistry. Prior experience includes executive roles at Stratose and Assurant Employee Benefits, as well as a position in Dental Services at Oxford Health Plans. Roma holds an MBA in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BDS in General Dentistry from the University of Mumbai.
