Natasha Boakye

Natasha Boakye is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR consulting, program implementation, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at dentalcorp since October 2022, Natasha focuses on advancing workplace well-being within Canada's largest network of dental practices. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at MaxPeople HR, Natasha delivered customized HR solutions to help businesses thrive. Additional experience includes roles at Nielsen, NCO Group, and IRIS BLU National Event Staffing, where Natasha demonstrated expertise in employee onboarding, talent acquisition, HR policy development, and engagement strategies. Natasha holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
