Donna Hickey has been with DD Group for over 27 years, where she currently holds the position of Head of Service and Compliance Operations and Head of Engineering Compliance. Prior to joining DD, Donna worked at Brian Green's Dental Practice as a Practice Manager and dental nurse. Donna's educational background includes A Levels in French, German, and English literature from Sir John Deanes College. Throughout her career, Donna has assessed over 1000 dental practices to UK legislation and guidance standards, and has developed a managers audit tool to aid in the management of dental practices.
