Xavier Durrant has had a diverse range of work experience. Xavier started as a Recruiter at Smart Resources in 2010, where they specialized in placing full-time administrative support roles. Xavier then became a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Smart Resources in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at RodgersHouder, providing specialized recruiting solutions to various clients. From 2015 to 2018, Xavier worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, supporting real estate and construction companies with headhunting services. In 2015, they also started working as a Real Estate Broker at Exit. Finally, since 2018, Xavier has been the Director of Doctor Recruitment and Relations at Dental Dreams LLC, where their responsibilities include building relationships with dental students and universities, as well as recruiting qualified doctors.
