Natalie Davis

Natalie Davis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Natalie is currently working as a Talent and HR Project Lead at Dental Health Services Victoria since February 2023. Previously, they worked as a People Partner at the same company from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior to this, Natalie served as an HR Manager at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT from January 2019 to October 2021. Natalie also held the position of HR Manager at RetPro from November 2017 to January 2019. Natalie's earliest work experience was at Swinburne University of Technology, where they worked as an HR Advisor from January 2012 to May 2017 and as an HR Coordinator from December 2004 to January 2012.

Natalie Davis attended Monash University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Natalie later pursued a Graduate Certificate in HR from the same university, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
