Greg Pellegrom

Greg Pellegrom is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the dental and orthodontic technology sectors. Currently serving as the Western Region Sales Manager at DentalMonitoring since September 2025, Greg previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Bright Referral from November 2024 to September 2025. As Co-Founder and CEO of SmileSnap from August 2017 to October 2024, Greg played a pivotal role in creating the leading software platform for virtual consultations, successfully raising $1 million in capital, growing the customer base to 700 accounts, and achieving $1.3 million in annual recurring revenue. Greg has also worked as a Senior Territory Manager at OrthoAccel® Technologies, Inc., and Ultradent Products, Inc., where exceptional sales performance garnered multiple awards. Early career tenure at 3M Unitek involved leading high-growth sales strategies. Greg holds a BA in Education from Albion College.
