Tonya Ramsey

Tonya Ramsey is the SVP & Chief Legal Officer at DentalOne Partners. Tonya has over 20 years of legal experience, including serving as a partner at Vinson and Elkins for 15 years. Tonya has significant experience in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and litigation. Tonya has also served on the board of directors for several companies and provided strategic and legal advice to them.

Tonya Ramsey received a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Christian University.

They are on a team with Dawn Vanderlinden - Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Sivori - SVP & CFO, and Edward H. Meckler - Senior Vice President. Their manager is Leigh Feenburg, CEO.
