Tonya Ramsey

Tonya Ramsey is currently the Managing Director and General Counsel at Newhouse + Noblin LLC, a legal recruiting firm in the U.S. Prior to this, Tonya was the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Element Dental Partners, where Tonya handled various legal aspects of the business. With a background as a Partner at Vinson and Elkins, Tonya has a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation. Tonya holds a JD from Baylor University School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University.
