Caron Best

Caron Best has extensive work experience in the dental industry, primarily in operations and management roles. Caron started their career as an Operations Director at Oasis Healthcare Ltd in 1997 and held the position until 2010. During their tenure, Caron successfully implemented strategic initiatives, managed a new build team, and led company-wide transformational change.

In 2011, Caron joined Apolline Ltd as an Operations Director, where they provided hands-on support and guidance on regulatory compliance to health and social care sectors. Caron left the company in 2013 to become the Managing Director at Inspire Healthcare Consultancy Ltd, focusing on developing and implementing strategic solutions for healthcare providers to achieve cost savings and improve patient outcomes.

Caron then served as the Director of Private & Specialist at INTEGRATED DENTAL HOLDINGS LIMITED from 2014 to 2015 before joining mydentist as an Operations Director. At mydentist, Caron oversaw Europe's largest dental care provider and ensured the delivery of quality dental treatments to over 8 million people in the UK. Caron left mydentist in March 2018 and joined Dental Partners UK as an Operations Director, continuing their contribution to the dental industry.

Caron Best completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Sheffield Hallam University from 2003 to 2006.
